        Well i flashed back to samsungs oem firmware , but when flashed it to the firmware here . It thought it was a internet tablet too. the model is GT-P3113tsyxar. now keep this is a usa verison, & wifi only tablet.

    It can be fixed but your data that stored on internal memory will be lost then. I will advice you, perform manual update, that could fix the issue without losing data.
