Step 1: Again, make sure you have stable internet connection on your computer.
Step 3: Power up your device and connect it to computer with USB cable.
Step 4: Open up Sony Companion / Sony Bridge on your computer and then wait few minutes to allow Sony Companion / Sony Bridge to detect your device.
Step 5: You should see New Firmware Upgrade is available at the home of Sony Companion / Sony Bridge .
Step 6: Press on Firmware Upgrade button to proceed.

Step 2: Extract the firmware archive and you will get a .ftf file which we need to update our Xperia Z C6602.
Step 3: Double click on downloaded Flash tool file and install it on C drive (assuming C is your system drive).
Step 4: Now navigate to C: –> Flashtool –> Firmwares and delete all the data over there if anything is present.
Step 5: Once you complete deletion, move the extracted C6602_10.3.1.A.2.67_MAR by bleu.ftf file in Firmwares directory.
