Step 2: Extract the firmware archive and you will get a .ftf file which we need to update our Xperia E C1505.
Step 3: Double click on downloaded Flashtool file and install it on C drive (assuming C is your system drive).
Step 4: Now navigate to C: –> Flashtool –> Firmwares and delete all the data over there if anything is present.

Step 9: Click on OK to allow Flashtool prepare the installation process. You soon be asked to connect your Xperia E C1505 to computer while your phone is on Flashmode. To do so, switch off the phone completely. After that, hold Volume down key and then connect it to PC. If done correctly, you should see a green light on the power.
Step 10: Once the connection done properly, the Flashtool will start the installation process. The installation process my look hang or stuck but don’t do anything, just be patient and wait till it finishes completely.
Step 11: Once you see Flashing finished message in Flashtool, you are ready to disconnect your phone from computer. Disconnect it and wait until you phone reboot. The first boot usually take more time than normal so don’t panic.
