      Then you have to go to recovery and then perform Wipe data/Factory Reset as well as Wipe Cache Partition. Remember, this will wipe your all internal data.

    i need help. i tried to wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition because nothing happened after samsung logo. the problem is, when i rebooted my tab, it’s still the same. nothing happened after the samsung logo. it’s just stock there. Please help. What should I do? reply pls.

      It sometime happen. You already done what you can do. If wiping not working then I must say you have to take it to Samsung care.
